Grants Application

To apply for a grant from our Outreach Grants Division, complete and submit two copies of the questionnaire along with two copies of the requested attachments no later than September 15, 2011. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered. Applications received by August 15, 2011, have a chance to be considered for awards earlier in the process. However, early consideration is not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: The division will make decisions once per quarter, and applicants will be notified of the decisions. The consideration and award process could go through the end of June 2012.
